The transformation of this country home has been exciting to witness as the dated features were freshened up to enhance its original structure. Trumm Exteriors left no stone unturned – or rather, no siding panel unfastened. The old siding was replaced with LP SmartSide trim and board and batten siding, renowned for their advanced durability and sustainability. To enhance the property even further, they added beautiful TriLite Stone stonework around the base of the house and garages.

The LP SmartSide trim and siding, finished with the Expertrinish color collection, creates a visually stunning exterior designed for longevity and low maintenance care. They also added Klauer’s aluminum soffit and fascia, essential for maintaining proper airflow and thereby bolstering the home’s energy efficiency.
In addition to these, seamless gutters, made from top-quality aluminum coil, were installed. Along with gutter guards, this addition ensures the gutters remain clear of leaves and debris, saving the homeowners the high costs associated with gutter cleaning, repair, and replacement.
