Kelly places a special emphasis on thorough, thoughtful and careful planning of each construction phase. This focus ensures achieving the goal of building the best value into every project. ADAM STRENGESeptember 10th 2025We have been in our home for 7 years and have had a few minor issues (dormer window needed replacing, moving of electrical outlets, roof issues), but after the recent storm we contacted Nielson about a perceived issue with the installation of roof flashing, after the insurance adjuster and roofing company suspected that it was installed incorrectly in a couple of places. Eric was so responsive and came out immediately following the submission of concern. He explained and showed that the flashing was, in fact installed correctly, and that there were other spots (he helped seal) that may have been the cause of some water getting in over the years. Grateful for his work to address this concern and others, and especially appreciative of his professionalism over the years.

They are very helpful and attentive also while they were selling home . She’s been very kind and professional in terms of expediting issues !
