We have many options in SF for this service & it is nice having a business that truly appreciates your business. They provided me with a free rental vehicle, which helped me out a great deal. The check-in & check-out was so quick. Most of all, the windshield was installed within a couple hours and the service was done well.

PATTY MILLERJanuary 20th 2024Glass Doctor men delivered my dining table glass 50” X 66”. half inch glass to set on my base and they did an excellent job of cleaning both sides before setting it in place. The 4 corners seemed a bit sharp so Pam at Glass Doctor sent Tony to our house and he sanded the corners to take the sharp edges off. They look great, very nice finish. Tony was very friendly and very reassuring.

Scheduling both the measurement for the shower and the installation was difficult because I actually wasn't in another state most of the time, but they helped me arrange everything. They also helped with some very good suggestions involving my developing limited mobility problems. The installation went very smoothly. I can't than them enough for their very friendly and super professional workmanship and assistance.

They scheduled us right away and completed all the work in one single day. Their man was very helpful and professional. He even assisted my husband in a pinch. Good people. Efficient and on time. I was then able to schedule an appointment within the week. Something I didn't know they had was a loaner vehicle that I could use while mine was being worked on, so that was a plus (I didn't actually use it, so I can't speak to that). Overall, the price was very competitive, and the staff was friendly and responsive. I will certainly keep them in mind in the future.

Got here a bit early, they signed me in, and the tech came to get my vehicle within a few minutes. Not even a half hour later, the repair is done and I am heading out. MARK WHEELERDecember 17th 2022I am very pleased with the results of our shower renovation. The Glass Doctor staff helped us from the beginning to the end. After the shower tile was completed, they came out and took accurate measurements for the glass. He explained the installation process and the expected time frame. He also explained that if the glass arrived with any flaw, he would reject it and reorder. It took several weeks for it to arrive ( I was aware ) and Corbin came to install it. Corbin was very polite, professional and easy to talk with. When he was finished, he showed me the working of the door seal, explained the protective coating and recommended a cleaning schedule. After he left, there was not any sign of construction, like you can have after a service person is done. The room was completely clean. I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism that Glass Doctor and Corbin provided for us.

DAVID GREENAugust 6th 2019I was heading eastbound on I-90 when a rock from a truck put a chip on the windshield of my motorhome. We happened to be passing through Sioux Falls, so we looked up glass repair shops. We called Glass Doctor and asked if we could swing by to repair the chip before it got any worse. The receptionist told us to come on over and they would get us in. Everyone at the shop was great. The receptionist took our insurance information and made the claim so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. The tech who did the work was fairly new, but very polite and complimentary of his employer. We were in and out in about 30-minutes and we couldn't hardly see the chip when they were done. All in all it was about as good an experience as you can have while dealing with windshield problems out of town.

While waiting for my car windshield to be replaced, I found it necessary to call my family doctor, only to discover my cellphone was almost dead. One of the front office staff, Rose, provided me with a charger so I was able to complete my call without worry. The service tech, Josh, was a perfectionist, ensuring my car was delivered spotless, and with the windshield installed error-free. Though I hope I don’t, if I ever need another windshield, Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls will do the job.

Glassdoctor seemed to be the business around that wanted my business to repair the window and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Not all business will make a house call and they did very promptly. I highly recommend to anybody for any service they may have!
