These are the very professional and helpful Creative Surfaces Staff who worked with us: Molly was our very patient and helpful main contact; Karen worked with Molly assisting in professional interior design advice; Aaron provided expert advice, measured areas, and was involved in coordinating the installation; Sarah the manager and Darrek the drafter were on site to help us finalize the edges for the new quartz because the existing laminate was inconsistent; Brandon and Alex and another were expert installers who were very efficient, neat, and left the house with no mess whatsoever.

During the planning, I loved, loved, loved working with the CS team in Sioux Falls. Since a kitchen remodel is not something you do often, I wanted to get it right. The SF team provided an amazing customer experience, very helpful and not pushy and they really listened and they were so patient. Many thanks to them. Then came the installation team, all I can say is wow. It fit perfectly and what a professional amazing team! So it's been over a year, and I still love the countertop and tiles. About once a week, I say to my husband (even now), "Have I mentioned to you lately, how much I love our new kitchen?". I do and still do. Thanks Creative Services. I will recommend CS to anyone.
DALE LARSENApril 26th 2022Plenty of wonderful choices for counter and backsplash, etc. We went in the store looking for granite choices and came out convinced that Quartz is just as good and a little less expensive. We had a short wait for the materials and any snags along the way were quickly resolved or rescheduled by Molly. Molly is a very competent low-pressure representative.

The customer service offered by Creative Surfaces from our first contact in their Sioux Falls showroom to the very end of the project was stellar. Every contact involved a two hour drive for them and they followed through every time with exactly what they said they were going to do. They completed our project on time and installed it flawlessly. We are super pleased and will use them again for our next project.

We selected Cambria quartz for our projects because the design team at the store explained in detail the differences between quartz vs granite and we wanted virtually maintenance free countertops. Cambria really is the best product on the market. The installers did a wonderful job as well. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up nicely when they completed the installation. I highly recommend the Stone Center for your countertops.
