JOSEPH TERRELLApril 6th 2022I had a very good experience at CarpetOne of Sioux Falls, SD. I had not planned on buying anything that day, but the sales lady (Ambriana McKissick) showed us exactly the sort of material we were looking for and gave us a good deal, so we went ahead a bought it.
The material (glue-down vinyl strips) went down easily and gave us a nice new floor for my home study. I highly recommend this store.

She pushed me out of my comfort zone with better quality and i am glad she did. The higher quality is worth every penny. He was very courteous (not pushy at all) and conscious of the cost and quality of the products he was putting in front of my wife and I. When he didn't know the answer to a question we had asked he would find a salesman that knew more about the product to get us an answer. We live about 1 1/2 hours away from the store, but decided to have the install done through Carpet One because we wanted to have the warranties all through one place. Wow Were they great as well! They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. Both Roy the (Wood/Bamboo) and Josh (the Carpet and vinyl) were diligent while they worked, and concerned about the quality of the install.
