Zome's Construction Inc. is a custom home builder in Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding areas. Our goal is to customize a home to fit your needs, while at the same time giving it a distinctive look that you can be proud of for years to come.

Kevin started Zome’s Construction, Inc. in 1997, when he was 22 years old. He started with various projects – some framing and siding, but mostly roofing. In 2001 he built his first house. Since then he has built all different styles and sizes of houses; gaining much experience over just a short period of time.

Selecting a plan is one of the first steps in building a new home. Kevin works with his customers from the very beginning – by helping them design a plan that meets their individual needs, while at the same time creating a home with a distinctive look they can be proud of.

Just the right touch can be added to a home to make it stand out among all the rest. Zome’s Construction accomplishes this by creating custom fireplaces and millwork – turning an average house into a beautiful home at a reasonable cost.

Zome’s Construction has a group of subcontractors and suppliers that share his goal to create quality homes with an affordable cost.

PAT BRADFIELDJuly 22nd 2024Very reasonably priced for roof and new gutters with gutter guards. Got 4 bids on our twin home and Zomes had them beat by $2,000-$12,000! There was at least 7-8 guys the day they did the roof. Excellent work and clean up afterwards. Very impressed!
ROMMEL SIAJuly 4th 2024Came back from my deployment to a leaking roof. Master bedroom had water coming in from the light fixtures. it was a complete mess. Called several companies to get the roof fixed and no one was able to make the time to come over, since im pretty far out, close to lake benton area. Kevin from Zomes construction made it happen despite being very busy from a recent storm. Kevin was a man of his word and got the job done fast. Thank you to Kevin at Zomes Construction for helping me out in a pinch, during my time back home with my loved ones.
