The installers were good & professional. Not exactly timely. Ours required a 2-day install. They said they would be out at 2pm the second day. They didn't show up until 4:45pm. Had to find something to do in the meantime with my baby, but otherwise it looks gorgeous!
FYI.... they have the thick 9/16" padding, as I was informed by another company that the 9/16"thickness "did not exist." It's so soft, it's literately like walking on a cloud! So glad my brother recommended me here. Price for carpet & install was half that of their competitor, too!

When I questioned the company, they assured me I would be able to return any extra unopened flooring for a full refund. When my project was finished, I had over 100 sq ft left. When I acquired about the refund, they told me this type of flooring was not eligible for a refund. There was no mention of any flooring not being eligible for a refund. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times and received little feedback and eventually my calls were ignored. Very shady business practice that really ruined my experience.
Edit: Was contacted by general manager and received refund for extra quoted flooring.

We found the tile to be very consistent in dimensions and high quality. We went with the Acacia flooring and it is beautiful. We ordered extra because we thought there would be about 10 percent waste. We had very little waste and they were helpful with returning the extra. Because it was a stocked product there was not return charge. It was a wonderful experience. We are 400 miles from their store but we saved enough that it was well worth the trip.
