Roger and Lynette have been in business since 1983, and have proudly been a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer since 1986. CYNDY STERUDJuly 8th 2024Our outdoor faucet broke. We bought a new faucet. Had to put a hole in the wall and the pipe had been sweated on. We didn't know what to do. So on friday, I called Roger's plumbing & Heating thinking here we go another pay out for home repairs. I don't know his name but he told us what we needed to do. He didn't have to do that. He could have said let's just make an appointment for next week. We did what he told us to do and we got it done. To me that is amazing. Then today Monday they called to see if we got it fixed. Amazing!!
Even tho they didn't come fix our issue

Mike was fantastic to deal with. I believe I talked to the owner on the phone and he was trying to repair my old boiler in the meantime. Both great people to deal with. Highly recommend!

Roger's service was top notch when ever we had an issue. We have now bought a townhouse and would not think about having anyone else replace the furnace, A/C and installed a water softener.
Roger's has lots of options available, does free estimates, has people who are very knowledgeable and friendly. They stand behind there products and work.
When they came into our home to do the install they were very considerate, they cleaned up after the work was complete and no one had to be home for them to do the work. I was so impressed when I came home from work and say what a wonderful job they did.
When ever we had an issues all we had to do is call and they always took care of the problem. They know all about the warranties on the products and do what ever they can to keep the repair cost down.
My husband and I have no issues referring people to Roger's cause we know they will always do their best, and we ourselves would not go any where else.

They were told they needed a new furnace and were quoted 10k for a new furnace. The guy was very pushy about them signing paperwork that day and said they would help them with financing. My husband thought that was a little suspicious and asked that I call Roger's plumbing and heating for a second opinion. I called them early morning and they were able to go to my parents home that same day. My parents were told they did not need a new furnace and that it looked like some cables had been moved around. I value their honesty and I know who my family will be calling if we are ever in need of their services.

I was able to schedule an appointment to have A technician come out and take a look at my heater and AC unit. We were able to get both heater and AC unit replaced in a very timely manner. L JJanuary 11th 2024Very reliable. We had a pipe freeze on Christmas eve, in a snow storm, at midnight and had to shutt off water at home. We called every plumber in town and Roger's plumbing was the only one who responded and sent a plumber to save the day. They also did not charge us more than the usual. We only worked with Roger's plumbing ever since. Thank you for being reliable.
GARY BUSSELMANJanuary 1st 2024I've used Roger's Plumbing & Heating for years. They installed a new negative airflow unit heater in one of my commercial buildings on time and on budget.
They installed a new gas furnace and central air conditioner in a rental house in middle of winter in 1 day. We had to wait a couple days for delivery of the new furnace and the same day our old furnace failed they brought over two 220 volt space heaters that heated the house to comfortable temps.
New furnace was installed on time and on budget. Chris helped me with rebate forms and we got a nice rebate from the furnace company.
Roger's furnace service man made a after hours holiday service call over Christmas to fix a shop heater for me. He had to go get a part and still had it fixed in 2 hours.
So I have all good experience with Roger's with commercial, rental properties, and my own residence.

BKM762October 22nd 2023My Air conditioner was not blowing cold air the summer of 2023. This happened on Friday morning. I kind of knew it was going to be rough trying to get a tech here before Monday. I called around town and all were booked up for 5-6 days out and wouldn’t even work with me to try to squeeze me in any time over the weekend.
I contacted Roger’s. I’m so glad I did. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and understanding and said she would see what her techs we’re working on and get back to me. Less then 20 minutes later she called back to tell me a tech was on my side of town and would forgo his lunch time to look at my system. The next thing I know, they were at my door!. The work was done quickly and professionally. The tech had on a uniform and didn’t give off any “creepy “ vibes. They will be our first call in the future!

They did it with no mess, no holes to repair and very quickly!! It was a fabulous experience, especially after 2 nightmare estimates loaded with damage/repair costs!! Roger’s is the BEST!! We also had them install a humidifier on the furnace… same great results!!😁

ARLOWENE SANDAUAugust 8th 2023Needed repairs to our 13 yr. old furnace, my 1st call was to Roger's, best call we made., so needed a new water heater a couple yrs. later & called Roger's again we had talked about a tankless water heater & Josh arraigned the whole thing, I had also wanted a water softner so we had to talk about how the plumbing had to run to correct areas, so all happened at same time.
We needed to move our 18 yr. old by now ac by now, because a house was being built to close to our lot line so put a new account unit & new furnace at the same time & boy did we save money this winter on gas bill, because of energy efficiency. Everyone was great to work with, you can call them for anything anytime if you need to.
They also do twice a yr. maintenance on your equipment which is great.

They called and told us what they found so there were no surprises. It worked great when we got home and have had no problems since. PATRICK WILSONFebruary 27th 2019After getting news from a different company (Air Serv) that I would have about $2,000 of repairs on my furnace or about $5,000 for a new one I decided to get a second opinion. I called Roger's and my technician (Nolan) checked over every aspect of our furnace. While the competitor wanted to charge me thousands of dollars, my technician informed me that it was simply due to a dirty filter. I had replaced the filter a little less than a month ago, but it accumulated a higher degree of dust and hair due to the high number of dogs my wife and I foster. I highly recommend Roger's and was more than impressed with the thorough diagnostic tests that Nolan not only performed, but thoroughly explained to me. DAN FREESEOctober 8th 2018Highly recommmend! Saw Rogers ad on the morning news . I had been using another provider and they said they “fixed my issue” with the first air conditioner fan in the spring of 2018. Then had another issue with the same air conditioner fan. I called Rogers and they fixed it and were honest. Then the second air conditioner unit finally went out in the 100 degree heat week. I called the original service provider to fix it and they couldn’t come out for at least a week. So I reached out to Roger’s again. Josh came out the very next morning and gave us plenty of options for a new air conditioner and furnace should I want to replace both as they were 30 years old, however he said I could have kept using my original furnace. I ended up replacing both the furnace and air conditioner with a new one. (Incidentally, my original 2 furnaces were Carrier and 2 airconditioners were Trane.). Josh was open and honest, prompt and courteous and professional. He also called just to check in and make sure things were good. He looked at the first furnace and air conditioner and said that they were getting aged but that I could still try to use them if I wanted. He told me the pros and cons of each along with showing me how the new ones would save monies and the amounts. They wore shoe covers when they had to go into the house. They even filled out the rebate paperwork for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. They also had a nice gift for us after all of the work. You can tell they are a hard working family business and have a great product and even better service. They deserve an opportunity and your business.
