He assessed the problem keeping me informed of what he needed to do to correct the issue and was able to fix my garage door opener quickly. He finished by asking if I had any questions and assured me if other issues occurred or reoccurred to call and they would come back out. As far as my garage door opener? So far so good.

The technician was very knowledgeable polite and didn’t try to sell me on anything. Big thank you to your company and valuable team members!!!

BRIAN BEHMJune 10th 2024Great service! I called Overhead Door to schedule maintenance on my garage door, expecting it to be a week out, but they were able to stop by in just a couple hours. While I wouldn't expect that every time, I think it shows their commitment to service to their customers.
The service technician was very friendly and quickly took care of the maintenance. He replaced a couple rollers and now my garage door is working great again!

Lanny went above and beyond by programming my car and key pad after installing a new opener. He was very friendly and answered all my questions! Great customer service!
STEFANIEApril 12th 2024This is my second time using Overhead Door. This time I wanted current motor on double bay moved to the single bay garage, plus wanted to upgrade motor for double bay. The salesman, John Gross, was a pleasure to speak with. I was able to get a quick install within a week. The tech was quick and efficient, plus personable and answered all of my questions.

MICHELLE BARROSApril 9th 2024I called because of problems with my garage door opener. A Technician came out the next morning. Of course, the opener worked then! However, he checked and lubricated the rails, increased the power to make it function more smoothly, and reprogrammed all my remote controls. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Cost was very reasonable.
ALICIA RICHARDSApril 9th 2024This company is honest and has integrity. If I could give these guys 10 stars I totally would! My cables came off the drum and I called Prolift and they quoted me $280 for the job. Overhead did it for $95. They had it done before I had time to even go over there and pick up my own tools. I have rentals so I am well-versed in dealing with service companies and always try to do my due diligence to make sure that they are competent and have honest pricing. These guys definitely made the contact list in my phone!

Their service man Larry had it fixed and working in no time. He took extra care to make sure it was working perfectly before he left. I would highly recommend Overhead Door! Great people!

Several months ago they replaced a door. Since then we had problems and called them out on numerous occasions. The problems remained unresolved.
This week, following a length discussion with Daniel, the problems were attributed to a motor unsuited to the door. They replaced the motor with one better suited to the replacement door. All appears to be right now.
They stood behind their product and made it right. That's five star performance in my book.

And even with the horrible weather taking place, it was done within 20-30 minutes. Called these guys 1st thing to come out to fix the cable. Receptionist was friendly/helpful. Stated upfront service fee to come out. Receptionist called me at work to let me know garage tech arrival would be w/in 30mins. Tech arrived w/in 30mins. Tech friendly/helpful. Completed task. Did not make me feel bad for trying my hand at changing the bottom seals (seals fine/cables irritating!!). Would use them in the future.
