When Alex showed up we discussed my cleaning areas and concern spots and he got right to work. He was thorough with his cleaning and took the time and care to treat my carpets. He was honest with how he treated the spots and the difference is amazing. My house smells so good and the carpet looks brand new!! They said they can’t guarantee stain removal but any spot that I was able to notice a stain is completely gone! I would (and will) recommend INTEK, and more specifically Alex, to anyone I knew needing carpet cleaning jobs.

BRIAN PAPKAApril 10th 2025Intek came and cleaned our duct work. He had taken out carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. The carpet had been laid over sawdust and dirt and wasn't cleaned up after the house was built. It was a model home so we had no idea until we removed the carpet. We’ve seen Intek at Home Shows and spoke with them at a recent in Sioux Falls. I had an extremely pleasant experience from booking the appointment to the completion of the job. The employees arrived about 15 minutes early to get a jump on the work which I appreciated and was ready for. Both men were pleasant and answered my questions. I don’t think Intek was the cheapest from the estimates we received but will most likely book them again!

My only gripe is that after my ducts were cleaned there was some debris outside of all vents. It would have been a nice touch to tidy that up before calling it a day. KAREN SEEMANJuly 16th 2022Water leak in my finished basement. Furniture was too big for me to move myself. The Intek team moved furniture, brought in fans and dehumidifier, and sucked the water out. The lower part of the wall was particularly wet so they trimmed and also got rid of the padding. It was a month plus long process. But, they were the calvary and saved the day. And life is back to normal. Thank you, Intek!

Terron was very professional and took great care of the furniture we could not move. He answered all my questions regarding care of carpets. The cost was minimal. They did charge $30.00 in mileage to come to Garretson, which with the cost of gas I expected. We won’t wait as long next time to have our carpets cared for. Thank you Terron and Intec.

ANDREW WELBIGSeptember 17th 2023Intek is a lifesaver! We recently had some bad water damage due to a bad siding company. Water got in through a window, and they pinpointed it so that we could get it fixed. Later, we found that water had gotten into the basement walls through a hole that had been left in the siding. Intek sent someone out for FREE to check the damage and see how far it went into the house. They wanted to make sure we knew whether it was worth filing a claim or not. In the end, the tech assured us the damage was minimal, fixable, and not anywhere else in the house. All meaninf there was no claim to file, and the contractor at fault fixed it up. Intek still did it for free even though the damage wasn't bad enough for them to get the work. Just amazing! Years past, we had them clean carpets and ductwork before moving into our house. They did a great job and made the place feel fresh before we moved in. When we saw the water damage, we knew who to call, and Intek did a great job and secured a lifelong customer. When you have been dealing with bad contractors for months, it is refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customers.

We had a pipe burst in the basement ceiling and the team came every day to assess for moisture and shifted their forcus accordingly. I thought for sure we would have to tear down the ceiling, as it didn't seem to be drying very quickly, but they were able to make sure it dried and we have no mold and minimal drywall to replace. The whole team was professional, compassionate and efficient. We especially appreciate Justin and Quinn, this we a stressful time and they worked hard, giving us the confidence that everything would be ok. Thank you!!

Al even pointed out that I need a new furnace filter. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I would recommend Al and Juan if you are looking for duct cleaning services.

JEN RIVERAOctober 28th 2017I was doubting how the carpet cleaning wouldn't work in my kids room just because there was all sorts of stains... when they have gotten bloody noses, markers, crayons, food, you name it they had the stains on their carpet room.. moving out of a 2 bedroom apt and having them do the whole floor they did an amazing job!!! The guys were really friendly and they talk to you as a person and convos about the situation was really of them to work hard to remove all stains! Really guys thanks for ur carpet cleaning services! The guys at Intek came early and got right to work. Both were super friendly and even let me take a peek at the 20 year old filth that was living in our vents. Now my house feels super clean and smells 30000x better! I'll be using Intek again in about 5 years happily.

Juan showed me some before and after images and the difference was incredible. I especially liked the walkthrough, tips and insight that Juan offered when everything was done. I used to use other companies but approximately 3 years ago began using INTEK. I have never been disappointed. Their techs work harder than any I have ever used and spend a lot of time in doing so. I am a Re/Max Professionals REALTOR and refer INTEK all the time. I suggest you give them a chance if you have not called them.
