The lower part of the wall was particularly wet so they trimmed and also got rid of the padding. It was a month plus long process. But, they were the calvary and saved the day. Terron was very professional and took great care of the furniture we could not move. He answered all my questions regarding care of carpets. The cost was minimal. They did charge $30.00 in mileage to come to Garretson, which with the cost of gas I expected. We won’t wait as long next time to have our carpets cared for. Thank you Terron and Intec.

ANDREW WELBIGSeptember 17th 2023Intek is a lifesaver! We recently had some bad water damage due to a bad siding company. Water got in through a window, and they pinpointed it so that we could get it fixed. Later, we found that water had gotten into the basement walls through a hole that had been left in the siding. Intek sent someone out for FREE to check the damage and see how far it went into the house. They wanted to make sure we knew whether it was worth filing a claim or not. In the end, the tech assured us the damage was minimal, fixable, and not anywhere else in the house. All meaninf there was no claim to file, and the contractor at fault fixed it up. Intek still did it for free even though the damage wasn't bad enough for them to get the work. Just amazing! Years past, we had them clean carpets and ductwork before moving into our house. They did a great job and made the place feel fresh before we moved in. When we saw the water damage, we knew who to call, and Intek did a great job and secured a lifelong customer. When you have been dealing with bad contractors for months, it is refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customers.

We had a pipe burst in the basement ceiling and the team came every day to assess for moisture and shifted their forcus accordingly. I thought for sure we would have to tear down the ceiling, as it didn't seem to be drying very quickly, but they were able to make sure it dried and we have no mold and minimal drywall to replace.
