Had to wait quite a while but Dugan was great to work in that they stored it over the winter until we got back from being down south. The delivery crew was great - very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us some great tips on how to use the air fryer/convection and a quick tutorial. Also had some real great cleaning tips for us!

We had to replace our old washer and I was grateful to have a salesperson who listened to my particular requests and who had the knowledge to get me the product best for my needs and budget.
The delivery crew, though, was above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Not only did they deliver our new washer and haul away the old one, but they also identified issues with our dryer (that we purchased and had installed by a box store) and resolved those issues for us. Les went through extra work to make sure the washer install was the best it could be in our old historic home. We are so grateful for the Dugan team!

Joe was great at explaining our different options when we were choosing our appliances. Les and Zak were very efficient when delivering our appliances. Les did a great job explaining how to use our new oven and microwave. He gave great tips on how to properly care for the items. My advice is to give Dugan Sales & Service a look before you go any anywhere else.

ANDREW ROBINETTEDecember 28th 2023Every part of our experience buying a new washer with Dugan of Sioux Falls was first rate. When we called they were courteous, helpful, and informative. We were impressed that they service anything they sell and after watching my brother and his family have difficulty getting service for a washer recently, this was on our mind.
Our 10 year old washer stopped working very suddenly, and when I mentioned this on the phone they let us know that we could have a loaner washer while we waited for the one we ordered. Needless to say this is service you just don’t see anymore, but you do at Dugan. Between our loaner delivery and our actual washer arriving we worked with two delivery crews, both of which had the delivery manager on the crew and both of which were everything you could ask for. The delivery crews were personable, kind, and professional.
We will absolutely use Dugan again.

The install team who came to our home were amazing. They installed our items extremely quickly and had any answers that we needed. GARY BLACKApril 27th 2023It has been a tough week in our household with some unexpected medical news, and then the washer dies. Stopped into the store on 41st st this morning. Joe helped me out finding the replacement I wanted and told me delivery would be on Tuesday. Told him about our situation and he said he would have it delivered by 5pm on Friday. Got a call today Thursday around 2pm from the delivery driver and asked if we were home and told me he would be here in 15 minutes. The two nice young gentlemen just left my house. There were professional, efficient and you could tell they cared about what they were doing. It’s not very often you will find a business that is willing to go the extra mile. These guys knocked it out of the park and it is much appreciated. I will tell all who will listen how impressed I am with Dugan Sales and Service!!! Thank you and God Bless!

From the time you walk into the store you get one on one customer service. A couple days after I purchased a couple of appliances i changed the direction I wanted to go. MARLENA THOMPDONMarch 3rd 2023Walked into the store knowing what I wanted (refrigerator), they would have had to order it with a 6to 8 week wait. Decided to go with another option and got within 2weeks! Went back in 2 days later and purchased a freezer. Was able to have delivered same day as the refrigerator.Joe at the store was very helpful.
Leslie and Joe ( still needs to learn what to do but he's in training so it will come) were great in the delivery. Even though the freezer was damaged they had a solution (let's just hope the GM follows through). They couldn't install completely due to the measurements for the hole the fridge was going in had to be adjusted by us (had to cut our counter top down). Was not told at the store about measurements. We measured in the wrong place needed to be a 1/2"bigger than we thought.
May want to train the sales team to ask about measurements before someone purchases and the has to return due to not fitting their space.
Overall it was a good experience. May come in in the future and buy a stove!
