But Budget wasn’t the best installed price for this specific product and installation—not by about $600. My consultant worked with me to get the total within $200ish of the exact same item and service from a competitor. I appreciated that effort, and that Budget offered a slightly longer warranty as well as in-house installers. Factor in recommendations from friends, and the extra cost created a better value for us all-around. I’m very pleased with the end result and the great installation from Landon.

S SWANSONJuly 22nd 2024Several years ago we bought blinds for all the windows of our (then) new home. We feel that we were charged a fair price. The blinds were as ordered, installed in a timely manner, and we were satisfied.
Recently we noted that the mounting for the vertical blinds on our patio door had come loose. We called the folks at Budget Blinds and they sent Bryan out to take a look.
He completely removed the blind and reinstalled the mounts using beefier hardware. All appears to be working as designed. All this at no additional fee.
Budget Blinds exemplifies customer service as it should be. They stand behind their products and installation. They're the good guys.

The care upon installation and instruction was awesome. Omar and Bryan came over to install them. They were efficient, careful, and very easy-going. They helped me feel at ease with operating the window treatments since we got the battery operated one. They never once rushed, and they were just so friendly and kind! They did such a wonderful job I Couldn’t ask for anyone better to help install them. Eventually, when we do the whole house, I’d like them to return just to make sure that it’s job well done! Before leaving, they wanted to make sure that I was comfortable operating it. and they also took Time to give me a few tips and tricks on how to care for our window treatments since we have three munchkins!

I walked into the store, talked with them about what I I wanted, and left within 15 minutes of being there. The next day, I met the rep at my new business location, paid my bill after she measured, and within two weeks my blinds were installed.

Great, as I had other places to go too! They immediately identified themselves at the door. They took off their shoes, so as not to dirty my floors. They completed the replacement of my old shades in 15 minutes. All replaced parts were picked up and removed so I didn't have too. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to measure another window as we spoke about replacing it also. One of the shades was in warranty yet. WOW! Didn't see that coming. Prices are Great! I love the appearance of the shades. The salespeople & the installers were fast and professional. PS: I bought the smart shades for the main floor, and really really wish I would have upgraded the 2nd floor shades to the smart shades. They're seriously worth the money.
The only downside to the manual shades: the cord loops. Not sure why the manufacturer made them so short. I have to pull them 7 or 8 times in order to open or close a window (in the picture I did 4 full pulls to get the shade half open).

We had a blind not working properly and they came right out fixed the problem and it was years after they had installed it I thought for sure I was going to have to purchase and replace the blind and when they were done no charge it was under warranty will definitely use these guys again.
