SARAH GApril 26th 2024Customer service has been great in person. Everyone is friendly at this location. (I only really have visited this one). Customer service via phone isn't terrible but wouldn't say outstanding as of yet. The teller option was different for me, but after using it I really did like it. I bank at BHFCU when I lived in Rapid City many years ago, but once I realized they were in Sioux Falls I was glad to go back!

They are open on drive through longer than most banks, and the tellers are always so friendly and helpful. Bill helped me today and made my day a little brighter with his kindness and efficiency. RYAN GILLApril 28th 2017Staff is friendly, cheerful and very knowledgeable. The drive-up atm is good for fee-free withdrawals for members of other credit unions but deposits must be made inside. The fee for all others to withdraw cash from the atm is $2.

JOHNNY NUNYODecember 15th 2020This bank is awesome. Great rates and they have awesome tools for money management. The ATMs are great with their virtual tellers and them bring stationed in Rapid City they are open longer than most other banks.
