What a great experience, we love our branch in Rapid City. We reached out to them for a business loan for 2 new vans. Later in the day Jeremy reached out to us from the Sioux Falls branch and informed us that our hometown bank did not have a business loan officer available right now, and that he could help us. We started on Friday and the fallowing Monday we were moving our new vehicles to the shop. Jeremy did an awesome job and took online banking to another level. He made it so easy; it was unbelievable. Jeremy hats off to you and thank you for the great experience from a distance.

SARAH GApril 26th 2024Customer service has been great in person. Everyone is friendly at this location. (I only really have visited this one). Customer service via phone isn't terrible but wouldn't say outstanding as of yet. The teller option was different for me, but after using it I really did like it. I bank at BHFCU when I lived in Rapid City many years ago, but once I realized they were in Sioux Falls I was glad to go back!

RYAN GILLApril 28th 2017Staff is friendly, cheerful and very knowledgeable. The drive-up atm is good for fee-free withdrawals for members of other credit unions but deposits must be made inside. The fee for all others to withdraw cash from the atm is $2.

JOHNNY NUNYODecember 15th 2020This bank is awesome. Great rates and they have awesome tools for money management. The ATMs are great with their virtual tellers and them bring stationed in Rapid City they are open longer than most other banks.
