I was asked questions about what benefits I wanted the blinds to provide (thermal, privacy, control of outside light, etc.) I was provided information about the various styles and materials. During the visit for selecting the style, features, colors and taking measurements, points were confirmed about what I wanted.
Installation was very quick and professional. He explained about what to expect as the blinds relaxed and fit the window. I was encouraged to contact them with any questions or concerns about the blinds.

They were very personal, understanding and helpful! One specific example was I needed a sample of the color of wood my husband picked out for our blind as I was not home the day they came over with my husband. When I went to the store to pick it up (which they were going to close in about 30-45 minutes) they were very helpful and did not hesitant to let me take the sample home so close to closing time. After installation they sent a personalized, hand written thank you note, which is very uncommon for business to do now a days, but it is greatly appreciated and nice to know that they actually care about their customers/appreciate their customers business with them! Highly recommended for those looking for a place to get blinds ;)

MOURER HOUSEOctober 21st 2018We used Betz Blinds for some of our window coverings when we built our new house 2 years ago (garage blinds, so wanted something cheap, some random locations, and the large front windows, including windows that we couldn't reach, so wanted battery-operated shades). We were very happy with those coverings (selection, price, service, install), and so decided to use Betz again when we finished our basement. They helped us choose something to cover our three-wide patio door that fit the look of the area that we are very happy with. During install, one of the coverings was slightly crooked, and they did not go reach far enough down, so Betz replaced them quickly and with no charge. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

Six years ago, I purchased blinds from them as a first-time homebuyer in Sioux Falls. They came to my home, were very professional and helped me make decisions on what worked best for my space. I really like what they helped me select. They even helped me find a solution (that didn't included those ugly slatted blinds) for my patio door. I've received so many compliments on it. This past spring I had a problem with my bedroom blind - totally my fault! They had me bring it in and fixed it in a day! They even replaced the tab to raise and lower the shade that I had knocked off and ordered me extras at no charge! This summer, I worked on the planning team for a new church plant on the west side of Sioux Falls. I was in charge of window covering for the building. Betz Blinds was again very helpful in finding window covering that were aesthetically pleasing, met our privacy and light blocking needs, and fit within the budget constraints. Install was quick and easy. They had the blinds up well before our deadline. They are locally owned and care about their customers!

Very helpful when purchasing the blinds, however do not plan on any communication from them if the blinds are backordered or having them installed in a timely manner. It's a shame that a person spends this much money for blinds and then is left waiting for them for such an extended period of time.
